Cost Includes
- Rates per person on twin sharing in Indian Rupees based on base category room at all hotels.
- Transport using Indigo/Dezire for 02/03 pax; Innova for 04 Till 06 Pax only & instead of till 06 pax, rates shall be on request basis.
- Daily Breakfast / Dinner at respective Hotels/Resort included (Veg at religious destinations)
- Transport cost included with all toll tax, parking, interstate taxes, drivers allowance.
- Sightseeing as per the itineraries.
Cost Excludes
- GST @ 5% extra on total billing.
- Airfare/Transport is not on disposable basis.
- Jeep Safari/Elephant safari, Boat rides, Pony rides, Cable Car rides, Train Fares, Air Fares, Personal expenses are not included.
- Meals except including in the costs, Boating, Ropeway etc during sightseeing are not included.
- AC would not run on Hill drives.
- Entrance fees to the places of interest to visit.
- Note: The above mentioned rates are not valid during Christmas & New Year, Long Weekends, National holidays & festive period. All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
General Terms
- Prices valid for minimum 02 - 06 people traveling together in one vehicle.
- Check-in / check-out time at all the properties would at 12:00 hrs (noon)
- Early check at all the properties would be subject to the availability at that time.
- All the above mentioned rates are per person rates on twin/double sharing basis.
- Child cost is on the basis of sharing room and bed with their parents.
- The above rates are applicable for resident Indian citizens only.
- IN Case of Snow in Auli, our vehicle will not be able to reach the hotel. IN that clients will have to hire a local chained tyers jeep and make payments for the jeep on the spot.
- IN Mussorie vehicle would be available for sightseeing of Kempty falls, for sightseeing of company gardens, lal tibba local taxi union vehicle has to be hired. Vehicles are not allowed on Mall road and sightseeings viz camels back road, gun hill have to be done on foot
- IN Nanital our vehicles would pick up and drop at a destined point and for reach hotels clients may have to hire a vehicle locally this is as per the Honourable High Cout of Nanital.
- In Ooty Vehicles would be only allowed if the hotels have authorized parking registered with local municipal corporation
- IN Kashmir only local vehicles on direct payments basis beyond one point in Phalgham, Gulmarg, Sonmarg.
- IN Jammu only taxi union vehicles would pick up the guests from Airport
- Only Sedar Car, MUV and Tempo travelers are allowed for sightseeing in Shimla
- Terms and condition may change in each and every program depending upon the place, season and reasons beyond our control.
Booking Procedure
- Send booking request by email to info@indiaplirimage.in
- Provide: Group name, number of people, room sharing, gender, age, ID proof, arrival/departure dates and flight details.
- Receive booking reference number for future correspondence.
- Reconfirm booking 30–15 days prior to arrival with full arrival details, failure on which will be considered as cancellation.
- Carry 'Exchange Service Voucher' provided at the time of confirmation.
Payment Policy
- On Confirmation: 50% (advance ) to be deposited at the time of booking confirmation.
- Reconfirmation: 50 (2nd installment) should be deposited 30 - 15 days before tour starts.
- Payment Mode: Payments can be remitted through any of the following mode and is subject to realization:

Cancellation Policy
- 30 -15 Days prior to departure 25% of tour cost
- 14 -07 Days prior to departure 50% of tour cost
- 07- 03 Days prior to departure 75% of tour cost
- 02 Days or No show 100% of tour cost
Note: Cancelation policy is subject to amend as per policy of hotel booked for your stay in Uttarakhand.
Refund Policy
- Refund will be paid to the source through which the guest is booked.
- Any refund will take at least 15 days to process & will be sent to you by a/c payee cheque only.
- ** NO REFUND WILL BE MADE AGAINST ANY UN UTILIZED SERVICES, WHAT SO EVER MAY BE THE REASON**.
Chardham & Do Dham by Heli Term and Condition with Cancellation
- This is a fixed departures tour, and all departure timings of each destination are fixed. Therefore, passengers must ensure they report as per the mentioned scheduled ETDs on each day of the tour.
- In respect of COVID-19, all necessary measures issued by the State & Central Governments would have to be adhered by the passengers. The measures shall be confirmed by UTS to the passengers 02-03 weeks prior to the date of arrival. Without adhering to the prescribed measures/requirements, boarding would be denied without any refunds.
- Guests have to MANDATORILY submit their correct weights at the time of booking. If any change in weight found at the time of their travel from the submitted weights, which would exceed our aircraft’s weight carrying capacity, guest(s) would be deboarded & cancelled for the Heli-tour without any refund.
- Overweight charges would be charged to guests who are above 80 kg weight. The reason for the same is that we operate at very high-altitude terrain where the weight carrying capacity of the aircraft is only 450 kg. Hence, due to overweight passengers we lose seats in our Chardham fixed departure flights. Overweight charges are applicable at INR 2,000/kg, for the total weight above 75 kg/pax.
- Weighing at the time of boarding the helicopter is a must, since UTS shall not allow boarding in case the total weight exceeds the weight limitation of the helicopter. &, due to the same reason, in case of more than 01 available aircraft, we reserve the right to shuffle passengers between helicopters to manage the right weight of helicopters for safe flying in the hills. Therefore, passengers travelling together might not be accommodated in the same helicopter flight.
- When planning your tour, we strongly advise the guests to keep one additional day at hand at Dehradun, over & above the 5N6D period, so that they do not end up in problem in case the weather gets very bad after the commencement of tour, which may lead to extension of the tour.
- Airport transfers will be provided only on the arrival day at Dehradun and on the 5th day of the tour.
- AADHAR & PAN Card copies are to be shared mandatorily by all Indians, & passport is required in case of foreign nationals.
- Network connectivity at Harsil & Badrinath is very poor. BSNL & Jio are the main telecom service providers, that work in these regions at times. It is most likely, that guests would be cut-off from the outside world during their time there. However, our crew shall be with the guests for any assistance required at all the Dhams.
- Guests would not be allowed to carry their suitcases/luggage in the aircraft. Duffle bags would be provided by our crew on the day of arrival, in which guests will be allowed to carry up to 05 kg of luggage during the tour.
- UTS has its own crew at all the Dhams. For any help, guidance or assistance, guests are free to reach out to them.
- Hotels at all the Dhams are non-star category. However, UTS has carefully selected the most comfortable & highest rated properties for their Heli-tours.
- All temples in Chardham sector are located at a high altitude, & guests are advised to carry their own medication with them during travel. Guests are also advised to carry heavy woollen clothing with them, since during evenings & nights the temperature drops drastically.
- Maha Abhishek & Rudra Abhishek Puja’s confirmation needs to be provided by the guests at the time of booking. Payment for the same shall be collected by our crew at Dehradun, so that we can arrange the Puja for the guest prior to their arrival at Badrinath & Kedarnath.
- Flying in hills is subject to weather conditions. And in regards to our Chardham operations, we would like to bring to your kind attention that cancellations & other inconveniences due to weather are very much likely since weather is extremely unpredictable in the hills. Therefore, guests should come prepared to face the eventualities caused by weather problems. Further please note, in case of bad weather, we shall operate as per our policies mentioned in the ‘Terms & Conditions’ & ‘Important Guidelines & Policies’ sections.
- The accommodation included in he package are subject to availability and we cannot gurantee confirmation as our sector depends on the climatic conditions. Thus, at times we may not be able to provide the hotels as listed above. Hotels in Chardham sector are vary basic especially in Yamunotri where these are best available accommodation. Upon arrival we will not be able to change any accommodations.
- The transport provided for transfers would be 01 vehicle for 6 persons, separate vehicles cannot be provided due to limited availability.
Chardham & Do Dham by Road Terms & Condition with Cancellation
Terms:
- Chardham Registration: It is mandatory to register for the Chardham Yatra as per the government guidelines. Registration can be done online at Char Dham Yatra Uttarakhand Tourist Care Registration.
- Temple Opening: The sector remains open for 6 months from the opening and closing of temples. After that, the government arranges visits to the winter shrines.
- Hotel Facilities: Hotels offer basic amenities such as long-slot toilets, hot and cold water, restaurants, and tea/coffee makers.
- Food: Satvik/Veg food will be provided on a fixed-menu basis, including buffet breakfast and dinner.
- Kedarnath Accommodation: Accommodation in Kedarnath is available on a bed basis, ranging from 3 to 16 beds. We will provide 3-6 beds depending on the group size.
- Kedarnath Booking: Accommodation bookings for Kedarnath will only be processed once full payment is received. Please note that Kedarnath bookings are non-refundable and non-re-routable.
- Horse, Dolly, Kandi Booking: These can be booked directly at Gaurikund by the guest or arranged in advance at additional charges, depending on availability.
- Transport Services: Transport will be provided as per the vehicle type specified. AC will be available during hill drives, depending on road conditions.
- Guide Charges: Charges for guides, if required, will be additional.
- Hotel Standards: Please note that hotels in these destinations should not be compared to metropolitan city standards. We will provide the best possible service at all times.
- Helicopter Tickets: Helicopter tickets for Kedarnath can be booked online via Helicopter Yatra to Shri Kedarnath Dham. https://www.heliyatra.irctc.co.in/
Travel Tips:
- Book hotels in advance.
- Carry snacks in case of long traffic jams or landslides.
- Carry drinking water and medicines.
- Respect local customs.
- Pack a raincoat/umbrella, torch, and minimal luggage.
- Bring warm clothing for Badrinath & Kedarnath, as it gets cold.
Emergency:
- Call 108 (Uttarakhand Government Mobile Emergency Service). Fake calls are punishable by law.
ID Proof:
It is mandatory for all passengers to carry a valid photo ID (Passport, Aadhar Card, or Driver’s License). Note that PAN cards are not accepted as valid ID proof.
Check-in / Check-out:
- Check-in: 1300 hrs onwards
- Check-out: 10:00 AM (subject to hotel availability for early check-in/late check-out requests)
Transfer Note:
Please wait at the Reception Counter before your scheduled pick-up time. Do not wait in your room or in the hotel’s coffee house/restaurant.
Cancellation Policy:
- No cancellation charges 20 days prior to arrival.
- 19–16 days: 50% of tour cost.
- 15 days or less: 100% cancellation charges.
- 100% cancellation charges for Kedarnath once the booking is confirmed.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds will be processed through the original booking source within 15 days and will be issued via an A/C payee cheque.
- No refund will be provided for unused services.
Payment Schedule:
- On Confirmation: 30% (advance) at the time of booking.
- Re-confirmation: 70% (second installment) to be deposited 30-15 days before the tour starts. If less than 15 days before the tour, 100% payment is required.
